That's why our cheesemakers thought, wellness is not necessary, they use the scent to transform the cheese dairy into an oasis of well-being and conjure up a culinary treat on the table. The Güntensperger cheese dairy is located in the lower Toggenburg and is run as a family business by the Güntensperger family
