With our long tradition, craftmanship and a lot of passion, we conjure up a classic cheese from fresch Toggenburger milk, the lovely Swiss Lady. With her naturalness, the delightful aroma and the light and digestible character, the Swiss Lady dances gracefully and skillfully on every pleasure parquet. Creamy, delicate and with a mild, spicy note, the delicious aroma has a lovely aftertaste on the palate.
The Güntensperger cheese dairy is located in the lower Toggenburg and is run as a family business by the Güntensperger family
